"Would you recommend Independence to your family and friends?"
Although the science of measurement made many advances in the twentieth century, the debate over how to measure "quality" in health care settings continues. Experts disagree on which particular set of measures can best define quality. Independence uses many tools and instruments to measure and monitor the quality of care. Outcomes (Did I receive the results I hoped for in my treatment?)
- Dignity and respect (Was the staff courteous and considerate?)
- Coordination of the services(Did the staff and physicians communicate and plan my treatment effectively?)
"Would you recommend" scores have proven to be an effective measure of a patient's satisfaction with the level of services they received. Patients do not tend to recommend facilities or providers that do not perform well in the key indicators listed above.
Independence takes great pride in our patient satisfaction results. There is no better measure than to know that patients treated by Independence would recommend us to their families and friends.
In the event that your experience was less than your expectation Independence has adopted a grievance policy in which all individuals outside and within the organization can use to improve our system of quality service delivery.
